All lessons must be paid for at the time or in advance. 

Cancellation with less than 48 hrs notice will be charged at the full hourly rate. 

We do not operate credit facilities.

Test Booking Policy

Pupils must not book a practical driving test without first consulting their instructor and agreeing a suitable date. This ensures you are fully prepared and that your instructor is available to accompany you on the day.

This requirement does not apply if you intend to take the test in your own vehicle without your instructor present.

Our instructors follow DVSA standards and will only present pupils for test when they have reached the required standard. This approach prioritises your safety and helps develop safe drivers for life.

If, in the professional opinion of your instructor, you are not at test standard in the lead-up to your booked practical test, we reserve the right to withhold the use of our school vehicle for the test.

We collect and process personal information such as your name, contact details, and lesson information in order to provide our driving instruction services and respond to enquiries.

Our vehicles may use dashcams for safety, training, and insurance purposes. Any footage captured is handled securely, only accessed when necessary, and retained for no longer than required.
